Job description

AK Money Changer & Department Store is a financial institution with an e-commerce wing. We are looking into the expansion of the operations of the e-commerce site and operations.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Responsible for driving company e-commerce sales.
  2. Develop and execute e-commerce strategy and ensure profitability of the company.
  3. Attend to all customers' online sales enquiries and feedback.
  4. Work with the marketing team on marketing campaigns & promotions.
  5. Develop and implement e-commerce online campaigns to drive sales conversion.
  6. Ensure smooth customer buying journey online.
  7. Work with logistics department to ensure smooth operations in terms of order fulfillment and order delivery.
  8. Monitor performance analysis and webpage enhancement.
  9. Gather and review insights, best practices, new social selling initiatives, etc.
  10. Assist in developing and improving SOPs.
  11. Ad hoc duties/projects as assigned.
  12. Advise as a technical expert in assigned area, providing an understanding of the business unit's operations processes and implications on other groups within the operations function.

  1. Process of developing internal company policies.
  2. Constantly report to management concerning the organization’s compliance with laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Master degree/equivalent degree in Business Management.
  • Minimum of 10 years of financial sales and operations management experience.
  • In-depth understanding of e-commerce products and the marketing strategy and process.
  • 3-5 years of sales or customer-oriented job and operations experience will be an added advantage.
  • A proactive “can do” attitude, the ability to work independently and have a strong work ethic.
  • An ability to forge strong relationships, both internally across suppliers and key clients.
  • A collaborative, communicative and partnership-based approach to working with colleagues across the firm.
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization skills and the ability to act independently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Role is required to be performed on-site.
