We are seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to take charge of our financial operations, ensuring precision, compliance, and the implementation of innovative financial strategies.

What You’ll Do:

1. Financial Leadership: Oversee and manage all financial operations, ensuring accuracy and strategic alignment across the organization.
2. Financial Reporting: Deliver timely, accurate financial statements in full compliance with regulations and tax requirements.
3. Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the budgeting process, provide forward-looking financial forecasts, and ensure effective monitoring of variances.
4. Financial Analysis: Analyze trends, risks, and opportunities to provide actionable insights that drive informed decision-making.
5. Internal Controls: Develop and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure financial integrity.
6. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all financial laws and reporting requirements, coordinating seamlessly with auditors.
7. Cash Management: Optimize liquidity and manage cash flow to enhance working capital while minimizing risks.
8. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team, cultivating a collaborative and results-driven environment.
9. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the executive team to align financial strategies with the company’s goals, supporting key investment decisions and mergers & acquisitions.
10. Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate financial risks, establishing sound risk management frameworks.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Proven experience in financial management, with at least 15 years in a senior leadership role.
2. Strong expertise in financial reporting, compliance, and strategic analysis.
3. Excellent leadership skills with a track record of building and managing high-performance teams.
4. A strategic thinker who can provide financial guidance in a complex and fast-paced business environment.
5. Proficiency in financial software, systems, and tools.
6. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
