Flex Logistics is a fast-growing Healthcare Supply Chain as a Service startup in Singapore.

We are in search of a highly driven and motivated Chief Financial Officer (CFO) + Co-Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our talented team in a fast-growing startup at the early stages of growth.

Note: This role is a high-risk position. If you are expecting a comfortable salary with MNC-like benefits, this role is not for you. The reward comes in the form of future equity and ownership, along with a salary.

Job Description: As CFO, your primary goal, beyond regular financial operations (cashflow management, financial reporting, FP&A, etc.), is to support the CEO in developing fundraising materials, valuations, and strategies for Flex’s next stage of growth.

You will also have secondary responsibilities as Co-COO, sharing operational duties with the CEO and CTO.

This role may eventually lead to a position on the Board of Directors and Co-Founder status, requiring a mindset ready to embrace the challenges of entrepreneurship.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Fundraising and Investor Relationships:
   1. Develop fundraising strategies and materials.
   2. Negotiate terms with investors.
2. Finance Operations:
   1. AP, AR, Payroll Operations.
   2. Developing and implementing financial strategies.
   3. Cashflow Management.
   4. Financial Reporting and Analysis.
3. Co-COO Role:
   1. Perform all expected COO responsibilities.
   2. Collaborate with CEO and CTO as Co-COOs.

Requirements:

1. Working experience as a finance professional.
2. Experience in startup fundraising is preferred.
3. Collaborative mindset in a non-structured team environment.
4. Willingness to engage in hands-on work in Finance Operations and Operations.
5. A Founder mindset—think like a business owner and drive challenges to completion.
6. Risk-taking mindset—be prepared for mental challenges and setbacks.
