Financial Management
- Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and analysis to ensure alignment with the company’s goals.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to optimize financial stability.
- Supervise and improve financial processes, systems, and controls.
- Analyze key financial metrics to assess company performance and recommend improvements.
Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards.
- Monitor and mitigate financial risks, including tax and audit issues.
- Oversee the preparation of accurate financial statements and reports.
- Oversee internal controls and implement improvements where necessary.
Strategic Leadership
- Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement the company’s financial strategy.
- Evaluate and advise on financial planning, forecasting, and risk management.
- Advise on business decisions, identifying risks, and opportunities to drive sustainable growth.
- Lead long-term financial planning and scenario analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred.
- Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, and regulatory standards.
- Expertise in financial modeling, analysis, and forecasting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.

Work Schedule and Commitment
