Chief Financial Officer

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our dynamic overseas education consulting company. The CFO will oversee all financial operations, provide strategic guidance, and drive financial performance to support the company’s growth. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in financial management, investment strategy, and leadership, ensuring the company’s financial stability and success in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement financial strategies to align with the company’s mission and long-term goals.
2. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and compliance with regulatory standards.
3. Provide financial insights and recommendations to the executive team to support decision-making.
4. Monitor cash flow, optimize resource allocation, and manage risk.
5. Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure operational efficiency and professional growth.
6. Evaluate investment opportunities to maximize returns and align with organizational objectives.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance and cost efficiency.
8. Build relationships with key stakeholders, including potential investors and financial institutions.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
2. 8+ years of progressive financial management experience, including leadership roles.
3. Strong expertise in financial modeling, investment strategies, and risk assessment.
4. Proven ability to lead teams and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
5. Experience with financial systems and tools to enhance operational efficiency.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Fluent in Chinese and English.
8. Familiarity with the education and overseas education industry in China market is a plus.
