Chief Financial Officer

Summary

• Responsible for all aspects of accounting, reporting and budgeting/forecast activities of the Group;
• Supervise cash management and financing activities;
• Oversee finance and accounting activities in all group entities;
• Design, implement and manage effective and cost-efficient finance support platform and work process to cope with business needs;
• Ensure all other shareholders’ information needs are met on time and in good quality;

Requirement

• Establish and maintain efficient reporting work processes to facilitate budget, forecast and performance analysis;
• Prepare timely and detailed reports on financial performance on a monthly/quarterly and annual basis;
• Analyse, monitor and assist the Group CFO in the control of the operating performance and provide proactive feedback on issues or problems within the BU, region and at Group Level;
• Work with banks to fulfill the finance needs of the Group and manage the loan of the Company;
• Work with all stakeholders of the Company to ensure compliance with related laws and regulations (mainly accounting, tax and listing rule related);
• Role model to finance team members both technically and professionally, build up team competency, manage and improve coordination and communication within finance team and across departments/functions.
• Oversee Group and all subsidiaries’ cash balances/forecasts and supervise cash management activities.
• Enable capability to support the strategic goals of the Company;
• Oversee all financial audit and internal control operations;
• Any ad hoc project.

Requirements

• Thorough understanding of the PRC GAAP and IFRS;
• Member of the China Institute of Certified Public Accountant is a must;
• Master or bachelor degree in accounting and finance related;
• Proficient in both Mandarin and English (spoken and written);
• A proven track record of academic and professional excellence;
• High level of morale and energy with the ability to perform and deliver against stretch expectations;
• A self-motivated individual with a strong ability to manage ambiguity and adapt readily to changes in priorities and business conditions;
• An individual who is confident, competent, outgoing, and independent with a straightforward personality;
