Chief Financial Officer

Job Description:

Our client is a cryptocurrency exchange specializing in binary options trading with offices and presence across Asia.

Responsibilities

1. Oversee all financial operations of all entities
2. General and managerial accounting operations and department management, including consolidated closing operations
3. Tax filing
4. Profit and loss management, financial analysis, proposal and implementation of profit improvement
5. Business planning and forecast management
6. Financial institution support
7. Correspondence with audit firms and certified public accountants in preparation for IPO in the U.S.
8. Establishment of accounting and financial structure (identification of current status, identification of issues, and formulation and implementation of improvement plans)
9. Financial planning
10. Fund procurement
11. Management strategy formulation and implementation
12. M&A related operations
13. Management of Administration Department
14. Any other tasks as assigned by the company

Requirements

1. Experience in fundraising, especially in the crypto space
2. At least 8 years of financial accounting experience of which 1 year as CFO.
3. Native level of English (Japanese language proficiency would be an advantage)
