Chief Financial Officer

Job Responsibilities:

1. Providing leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting team

2. Timely and accurate financial reporting

3. Developing financial management mechanisms that minimize financial risk

4. Prepare and review SGX announcement

5. Ensure compliance to the SGX listing requirements and adherence to statutory and regulatory compliance

6. Liaise with external auditor for submission of statutory audit report and relevant government authorities.

7. Monitoring and interpreting cash flows and predicting future trends

8. Supervise and guide the team to ensure compliance to accounting policies and standard operating procedures

9. Hands-on with the team for monthly group consolidated account, financial and management reporting in accordance to internal / external requirements.

10. Conducting review and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities

11. Analyse financial performance against key business metrics and financial highlights that will enable management to determine progress against budgets

12. Review bank & other reconciliations

Job Requirements:

1. Degree in Accountancy and/or ACCA / CPA (Certified Public Account)

2. At least 15 years related working experiences, preferably in listed company and banking and financial industry.

3. Candidate equipped with merger and acquisition experience is an added advantage.

4. Strong analytical skills and meticulous

5. Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

6. Strong communication skills and problem-solving skills

7. Good knowledge in IFRS, Tax, SGX regulations and other regulatory requirements
