The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is responsible for managing the financial actions of the company. The CFO will oversee the finance department, direct financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to ensure the company’s financial health and long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy to support business goals.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to the CEO and executive team.
Oversee the budgeting process and ensure accurate financial forecasting.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Monitor and manage the company’s cash flow to ensure liquidity and minimize financial risks.
Act as the main point of contact for external financial partners, including auditors and investors.
Lead and develop the finance team, ensuring high performance, accountability, and professional growth.
Identify and assess potential mergers & acquisitions (M&A) opportunities to drive the company's growth.
Key Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree (MBA) or professional qualifications (CPA, ACCA, CFA) are highly desirable.
Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position (e.g., CFO, Finance Director), preferably as a CFO or similar capacity.
Strong knowledge of corporate financial management, regulatory compliance, and accounting principles.
Proven track record in financial planning, forecasting, and risk management.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
Proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and advanced Excel skills.
