Chief Finance Officer CFO

Requires bachelor's and master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in accounting or other finance-related studies, alongside the ACCA qualification, or a related field plus 18-20 years of experience in Finance.

Responsibilities

1. Head the finance function of the group and lead a team of 50 colleagues on accounting, reporting, taxation, treasury and compliance.
2. Improve key financial metrics on growth and profitability as part of financial planning.
3. Optimize the group tax structure to achieve compliance and lower effective tax rate.
4. Develop strategies to mitigate revenue, margin, utilization, and working capital risks.
5. Create strategic business plans for improvement of critical performance indicators and track business performance against set plans.
6. Institutionalize internal control framework across all processes and ensure effectiveness.
7. Internal reporting against business plans by segment, providing information for organizational needs and strategic planning.
8. Manage the portfolio of the group on investments in VCs, startups, JVs, and other strategic investments.
9. Drive finance transformation for leaner teams and automated processes using machine learning and latest technologies.
