Chief Finance Officer

Job Descriptions

• Develop and implement financial strategy to ensure business objectives are met.
• Oversee financial forecasting, budgeting and monitoring.
• Ensure preparation of financial reports that comply with regulatory requirements.
• Provide useful analysis to support decision-making.
• Monitor financial performance and the company's investment portfolio.
• Liaise with key stakeholders such as investors, auditors, and corporate secretary.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree and/or relevant professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA).
• At least 4 years of relevant experience.
• Possess strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
• Extensive knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations in Singapore and Taiwan.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, resources, and large-scale operations effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to communicate effectively in both written and spoken Chinese and English as all the stakeholders are in Taiwan.
