The Position: We’re looking for a Chief Finance Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Developing financial strategies for company growth through acquisitions
2. Conducting financial analysis and due diligence on potential acquisition targets
3. Structuring financing options for acquisitions (debt, equity, hybrid)
4. Managing relationships with financial institutions and investors
5. Creating post-acquisition integration financial plans

Requirements:

1. Proven experience with mergers and acquisitions financing
2. Proficient skills in due diligence, valuation, financial modeling and analysis
3. Experience with raising capital and structuring acquisition deals
4. In-depth knowledge in financial risk assessment related to acquisitions
5. Strong analytical and logical reasoning abilities
6. Experience with corporate financial planning and strategy

Educational Qualifications:

1. Minimum of a Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business-related field
2. Professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, or equivalent financial qualifications would be advantageous
3. Continuous professional development in corporate finance areas

Full-Time position.

Working Hour(s): 9.00 am - 6.30 pm, Mon - Fri.

Salary: $6000 - $10000 SGD per month
