As a leader in data-driven investments and market-oriented strategy consulting, the company requires a forward-thinking executive who combines deep financial expertise with technological fluency and strategic foresight.

Key Responsibilities

Corporate Strategy & Leadership

• Collaborate with the Board of Directors to define and execute the company’s long-term strategic vision.
• Oversee daily operations across departments to ensure efficiency, innovation, and alignment with business goals.
• Cultivate a high-performance organizational culture based on accountability, innovation, and excellence.

Investment & Market Strategy

• Lead the investment team in sourcing and evaluating opportunities in technology and disruptive sectors.
• Monitor macroeconomic trends, market data, and risk indicators to adjust investment positions accordingly.
• Work closely with consulting teams to deliver deep market intelligence and value-added advisory services.

Financial Management & Compliance

• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and capital allocation to ensure optimal resource utilization.
• Ensure full compliance with relevant legal and regulatory standards in Singapore and international markets.
• Manage relationships with auditors and ensure transparent and accurate financial reporting.

External Relations & Brand Positioning

• Act as the face of the company with investors, strategic partners, and key stakeholders.
• Build brand equity through thought leadership, industry visibility, and participation in key events.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic alliances.

Ideal Profile

• Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CFA preferred).
• 10+ years of senior leadership experience in investment management, financial services, or strategy consulting.
• Strong grasp of emerging technologies, digital transformation, and innovation-led investment strategies.
• Proven leadership and communication skills with a track record of building high-performing teams.
• In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and compliance in Singapore and global markets.
• Fluent in English and Thai.
