The CEO of Mansion 7 will be responsible for providing visionary leadership and strategic direction to ensure Mansion 7 remains a leader in the luxury/hospitality industry. The CEO will drive operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and business growth while maintaining the unique character, elegance, and quality associated with Mansion 7. The role requires a results-driven leader with a deep understanding of high-end hospitality or luxury sectors and an ability to innovate, expand, and oversee multiple areas of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:Develop and implement strategic plans to advance Mansion 7's mission, vision, and long-term profitability.
Collaborate with the Board of Directors on business growth opportunities, market expansion, and new ventures.
Shape and uphold Mansion 7’s luxury brand identity and reputation.
Operational Management:Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth functioning across all departments (e.g., front-of-house, back-of-house, guest services, marketing, and finance).
Drive operational efficiencies while ensuring a world-class guest experience.
Financial Stewardship:Manage the overall financial performance of Mansion 7, including budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting.
Lead initiatives to improve profitability while maintaining the high standards of luxury expected from guests and clients.
Team Leadership:Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing executive team.
Promote a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration among all employees.
Business Development:Explore and implement new revenue streams, partnerships, or market expansions that align with the luxury brand.
Identify trends and opportunities within the hospitality or luxury sector to ensure Mansion 7 remains competitive.
Brand and Customer Experience:Maintain and enhance Mansion 7’s reputation as a leading luxury destination by consistently delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Oversee marketing, public relations, and customer outreach initiatives to promote Mansion 7 in targeted markets.
Stakeholder Relationships:Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including investors, partners, and the Board of Directors.
Serve as the primary representative and spokesperson for Mansion 7.
Job Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 10-15 years of leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a CEO or senior executive role in the hospitality or luxury industry.
Proven track record in managing luxury brands, hotels, restaurants, or high-end service businesses.
Experience overseeing large-scale operations and managing diverse teams.
Automation: Experience with technology and be able to innovate software AI solutions to improve Mansion 7's operations and productivity as well as enable the overall industry with cutting edge solutions.
Education: A Master’s degree (e.g., MBA or MSc) or an advanced qualification in management or leadership or technology is required.
