Job Description

• Understand the company's strategy and formulate the overall strategy for the region. Align resources accordingly and drive the successful implementation of the strategy.
• Oversee the region's business, financial, and operational objectives. Manage daily operations within the region and coordinate resources within the company's financial authorization scope to support major projects, ensuring overall business goals are achieved.
• Build, develop, and operate the regional industry ecosystem. Identify key business partners in the region to promote value creation and realization.
• Lead regional organizational management, talent development, capability enhancement, incentives, and organizational culture building.
• Establish a strong risk-awareness mindset. Implement systematic risk management approaches and accountability frameworks to mitigate key risks within the region.
• Monitor industry trends and competitive dynamics in the region. Foster a healthy business environment to support the achievement of regional commercial objectives.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in top management, with a strong track record in strategic leadership, business operations, and financial management.
• Bachelor degree or above, experience in well known large companies.
• Strong ability to liaise with counterparts in China and navigate cross-border business dynamics.
• Proven experience in building and managing business ecosystems and key partnerships.
• Excellent risk management capabilities and the ability to drive organizational growth
• Adapt to travel
