Job Responsibilities

1. Developing and implementing the company's strategic plans to ensure long-term growth and profitability.
2. Managing the day-to-day operations of the company, including project management, human resources, and financial management.
3. Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality and safety standards.
4. Maintaining good communication and collaboration with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
5. Overseeing the company's financial status, developing budgets, and monitoring costs.
6. Ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and industry standards, managing risks, and taking necessary compliance measures.
7. Participate in business development and marketing activities to expand the business and identify new opportunities.
8. Handling internal affairs and decision-making within the company, and reporting the company's performance and progress to the board of directors or shareholders.
