Chief Executive Officer

This role will oversee an existing development while leveraging Singapore's position as a key digital infrastructure hub to drive regional growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

1. Direct the development and execution of the data center project
2. Foster strategic partnerships with technology companies, financial institutions, and regional stakeholders
3. Lead regional expansion and develop cross-border business opportunities across SEA
4. Align business strategies with both national initiatives
5. Drive sustainable practices and green data center innovations
6. Manage executive teams across regional operations
7. Coordinate with partners and regional stakeholders
8. Oversee project development and operations across multiple jurisdictions
9. Lead capital-raising initiatives through Singapore's financial ecosystem
10. Establish governance frameworks compliant with local and regional regulations
11. Build strong relationships with the technology community and regional business partners

Qualifications:

1. Advanced degree from a recognized institution
2. 15+ years of senior leadership experience in data centers, digital infrastructure sectors, or relevant sectors
3. Strategic regional leadership experience with a background in managing cross-border ASEAN operations
4. Strong track record in technology ecosystem and wide networks across technology and business community
5. Demonstrated success in securing major regional clients
6. Deep understanding of Singapore and ASEAN regulatory environments
7. Proven expertise in sustainable data center development
