Chief Executive Officer

We are looking for a seasoned CEO to lead and implement strategic planning, supervise, and manage all critical aspects of the business. As the highest-ranking executive, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and creating a vision for the company.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all business activities and operations to ensure high efficiency and productivity, ensuring that desired results align with the overall strategy and mission.
• Develop business strategies and plans, ensuring alignment with both short-term and long-term objectives.
• Enforce adherence to legal guidelines and internal policies to maintain the company’s legal compliance and business ethics.
• Collaborate with key partners and stakeholders to build trust and act as the point of contact for important shareholders.
• Lead and motivate the team to enhance employee engagement and develop a high-performing managerial team.
• Capable of analyzing and proposing investment decisions that advance the business and increase profits.
• Review financial and non-financial reports to devise solutions and improvements.
• Analyze problematic situations and occurrences, providing solutions to ensure the company’s survival and growth.
• Stay updated on market trends and industry knowledge relevant to the company.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 10 years of proven experience in the related industry, and knowledge, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience of at least 5 years as a CEO or in another relevant senior managerial position.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in developing profitable strategies and implementing a clear vision.
• Familiarity with various business functions such as HR, Marketing, PR, Finance, Technology, etc.
• In-depth knowledge of corporate governance and general management best practices.
• An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
