Job description

Work Week: 5.5 days

Working Hours: 9 am to 6 pm (Monday to Friday)

Saturday: 9 am to 1 pm


You will be responsible for overseeing the overall strategic direction, operational efficiency, and financial success of the organization. The CEO will lead the company, ensuring alignment with its vision, mission, and long-term goals while fostering growth and innovation.


Key responsibilities:


Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and execute the company’s strategic plan to ensure growth, profitability, and long-term sustainability.
  • Define and communicate the company’s vision, mission, and values to employees, stakeholders, and partners.
  • Identify and assess new business opportunities, partnerships, and market trends to expand the company’s market presence and competitive advantage.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of key business strategies across all functions, including operations, sales, marketing, finance, and technology.

Operational Excellence

  • Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the organization by implementing effective processes, systems, and policies.
  • Oversee all departments and ensure their alignment with organizational goals, fostering collaboration and accountability.
  • Monitor and evaluate the company’s performance, using key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess progress toward strategic objectives.
  • Drive operational efficiencies and cost optimization to ensure maximum profitability without compromising quality or customer satisfaction.

Financial Management

  • Oversee the company’s financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, to maintain fiscal health and sustainability.
  • Approve and monitor major financial decisions, such as investments, acquisitions, and capital expenditures.
  • Collaborate with the CFO and finance team to ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.
  • Present financial and operational updates to the Board of Directors and key stakeholders.

Team Leadership and Development

  • Build and lead a high-performing executive team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to senior leaders, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall direction.
  • Champion employee engagement, professional development, and leadership succession planning.
  • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace.

Customer and Stakeholder Relations

  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, investors, and government bodies.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and public engagements to enhance its reputation and visibility.
  • Ensure that customer satisfaction remains a priority by addressing concerns and implementing strategies to improve the customer experience.

Risk Management and Compliance

  • Identify potential risks to the business and implement strategies to mitigate them.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Oversee corporate governance and maintain high ethical standards across all levels of the organization.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with minimum of 8 years of progressive leadership experience.
  • Demonstrated success in leading and scaling a manufacturing, engineering, or related industry business.
  • Experience in developing and executing strategic plans that drive business growth and profitability.
  • Proven ability to manage and lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
  • Strong understanding of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Technical Skills

  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes and operational workflows, especially in engineering or industrial production.
  • Knowledge of digital transformation and technology implementation in manufacturing or industrial settings is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

Leadership and Soft Skills

  • Visionary leader with exceptional strategic planning and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal teams, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve and exceed objectives.
