Supervise and lead the food preparation process, ensuring that all dishes, including frozen dinners, meet the company’s quality and taste standards.
Oversee and coordinate daily kitchen operations, including ingredient preparation, cooking, and presentation.
Manage kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and ensuring that food safety and hygiene standards are adhered to.
Ensure that all food production complies with food safety regulations and quality control processes (e.g., HACCP).
Develop and refine recipes, ensuring consistency, quality, and efficiency in food production.
Monitor inventory, track food stock levels, and assist in ordering ingredients and supplies as needed.
Ensure that kitchen equipment is properly maintained and cleaned, and address any issues promptly.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment in compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Ensure that production deadlines are met and that all food is prepared according to schedule.
Skill Requirement:
Culinary diploma or certification from a recognized institution is preferred.
At least 4-6 years of experience as a cook or chef, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role within food manufacturing or a commercial kitchen.
Strong knowledge of food safety standards (e.g., HACCP) and food preparation techniques.
Proven ability to lead and manage a kitchen team, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency.
Creativity and innovation in recipe development and food preparation.

Strong communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets.
