As we continue to expand our innovative offerings and grow our market presence, we are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to drive revenue growth and ensure the commercial success of our services.

Role Overview

As Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), you will play a pivotal leadership role in shaping and executing the commercial strategy for Proton Therapy. You will be responsible for driving top-line revenue growth, expanding market share, and leading our sales, marketing and the business development of the company. A deep understanding of healthcare services, advanced medical technologies, and the evolving needs of patients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders is required. You will ensure that Proton Therapy's innovative services are effectively positioned, promoted, and delivered to drive sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Commercial Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive commercial strategy to grow revenue streams across all product lines, focusing on proton therapy, radiation therapy, theranostics, diagnostic imaging, nuclear imaging, PET/CT, and wellness services.
  2. Revenue Generation: Identify, develop, and manage revenue-generating opportunities in new markets and with potential healthcare partners, providers, and institutions.
  3. Sales Leadership: Lead the sales and marketing teams, fostering a performance-driven culture to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  4. Marketing Strategy: Oversee the development of marketing initiatives that raise brand awareness, enhance patient engagement, and communicate the unique value of our services.
  5. Market Expansion: Drive business development and expansion locally and regionally both B2B and B2C.
  6. Strategic Partnerships: Build and nurture relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, insurance companies, and other strategic partners to expand patient access to advanced therapies and diagnostic tools.
  7. Customer Experience: Ensure the delivery of exceptional patient and customer service, enhancing satisfaction and loyalty across all service lines.
  8. Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize data and analytics to evaluate market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to make informed business decisions.
  9. Innovation Leadership: Stay ahead of emerging technologies and market trends in medical technologies and wellness services to keep the company’s offerings competitive and innovative.
  10. Report to CEO and COO jointly.

Qualifications

  1. Minimum 10 years of proven experience in a commercial leadership role, ideally within healthcare services, medical technologies, or life sciences.
  2. Deep knowledge and experience in managing and growing services related to advanced medical technologies, such as proton therapy, radiation therapy, theranostics, diagnostic imaging, nuclear imaging, PET/CT, and wellness services.
  3. Strong track record in revenue generation, business development, and market expansion in a complex healthcare environment.
  4. Exceptional leadership skills with experience in managing high-performing teams across sales, marketing, and business development functions.
  5. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to drive innovation and adapt to a dynamic healthcare landscape.
  6. Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  7. Experience in establishing partnerships with healthcare institutions, pharmaceutical companies, insurance providers, or other relevant stakeholders.
  8. Minimum Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare management, or a related field. MBBS/MD/PhD would be an advantage.
