Summary:

As the Chief Business Officer, you will be pivotal in defining and executing Aktivolabs’ strategic vision for growth and market leadership. This role entails leading the business functions, including enterprise sales, partnerships, and marketing, to drive impactful revenue streams, customer acquisition, and market expansion. You will work closely with the CEO and other senior leaders to translate corporate objectives into actionable business strategies, ensuring sustainable profitability and competitive market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Business Development:

  • Design and implement comprehensive business strategies that align with Aktivolabs' growth ambitions, profitability targets, and market penetration goals.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, particularly within high-value deals with enterprise clients.
  • Establish scalable processes and frameworks that support rapid yet sustainable business expansion, both regionally and globally.

Enterprise Sales Leadership:

  • Drive enterprise sales initiatives by defining and executing go-to-market strategies to secure high-value contracts with key clients.
  • Identify and pursue strategic sales opportunities, crafting tailored value propositions for enterprise clients.
  • Lead negotiations for high-stakes contracts, ensuring favorable terms for the company while fostering long-term client partnerships.

Market Expansion and Strategic Partnerships:

  • Build and maintain relationships with industry leaders, key stakeholders, and potential business partners to amplify Aktivolabs’ influence and market reach.
  • Develop partnerships that enhance product offerings, expand market channels, and create mutually beneficial alliances.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, representing Aktivolabs at significant industry events, conferences, and public engagements to promote brand recognition.

Cross-functional Collaboration and Alignment

  • Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to synchronize sales strategies with overall business goals, supporting organizational alignment and cohesion.
  • Provide strategic input into product development, ensuring market relevance and alignment with evolving customer needs.
  • Engage with stakeholders across departments to refine processes and ensure synergy in initiatives across sales, marketing, and business development.

Departmental Leadership and Oversight

  • Oversee the marketing, sales, and business development teams, empowering them to develop and implement innovative, results-driven strategies.
  • Set and monitor departmental KPIs, continuously improving performance and ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Establish a performance-driven culture, encouraging accountability, collaboration, and ethical business practices within the team.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to high-value clients, understanding their unique needs and challenges to offer customized solutions.
  • Strategically manage key accounts, overseeing the delivery of solutions that maximize client satisfaction and retention.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to anticipate client needs, adapt strategies, and enhance relationship management approaches.

Data-driven Strategy and Market Adaptation

  • Leverage data analytics and market insights to make informed decisions that drive competitive advantage.
  • Monitor and adapt to market changes, adjusting business strategies to align with evolving industry trends and customer demands.
  • Identify potential business risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies.

Requirements:

  • At least 7 year of proven track record in enterprise sales, strategic partnerships, and market expansion within the technology or healthcare industry.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills, with experience handling high-value contracts and complex client accounts.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing cross-functional teams and working at an executive level.
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage data insights in strategic planning and adapt strategies to market shifts.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse audiences.
