Description
As a key member of our team, you will lead the development of our AI and Web3 technology roadmap, focusing on product innovation and cross-platform integration to scale our decentralized data ownership models into a global movement.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Define and lead the technical vision for our decentralized identity system, AI agents, and data ownership models.
2. Develop and refine decentralized AI models to ensure data control, privacy, and monetization for users.
3. Spearhead AI inference to optimize user interactions and behavioral insights across Web2 & Web3 platforms.
4. Ensure interoperability of AI Agents across various ecosystems (Twitter, LinkedIn, Telegram, Discord, Spotify, Google, Amazon, DeFi).
5. Oversee AI Agent evolution using machine learning, natural language processing, and deep learning to enhance autonomous decision-making.
6. Ensure AI compliance with privacy-preserving frameworks (Zero-Knowledge Proofs, Federated Learning).

Key Skills and Qualifications:

1. 10+ years in AI, Web3, and product leadership with hands-on experience in LLMs, ML, and decentralized systems.
2. Deep expertise in blockchain architecture, smart contracts, and tokenization models.
3. Experience in building highly scalable AI-driven consumer platforms with multi-million users.
4. Strong understanding of Web3 identity protocols (DID, zkProofs, Verifiable Credentials).
5. Previous experience leading AI teams to deploy autonomous AI agents and decentralized AI models.
6. Knowledge of Ethereum, BNB, TON, Solana, or modular L2 solutions.
7. Ability to scale AI-driven products from concept to mass adoption.
8. Prior success in fundraising, technical storytelling, and GTM strategy for AI/Web3 ventures.
9. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
