Chief Accountant

We are seeking a Chief Accountant to oversee financial statements and management reports.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or ACCA qualification, and a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar capacity.

The Chief Accountant will be responsible for:

• Preparing and reviewing financial statements and management reports.
• Conducting fluctuation analysis and documenting variance justifications.
• Ensuring timely completion of statutory reports, including GST filings and XBRL uploads.
• Coordinating with external and internal auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions.
• Providing consolidated reporting in line with accounting standards and statutory guidelines.
• Preparing and reviewing monthly account reconciliations and journal entries.
• Assisting in the annual budget preparation process.
• Coordinating external audit materials and financial reporting.
• Managing and reviewing income tax and deferred tax computations.

Key requirements include:

• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or ACCA qualification.
• A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar capacity.
• Hands-on experience in accounts consolidation.
• A good understanding of Financial Reporting Standards.
• Self-motivated, adaptable to changes, with strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
