Job Description:

We are looking for passionate teachers to conduct engaging chess lessons to educational institutions and our chess center. We value candidates who are ready to absorb and learn, with a commitment to upskilling and continuous education. Chess experience is a bonus, but not necessary.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct in-class teaching to a group of 5-40 students of different skill levels and ages.
2. Plan and execute lessons catered to the needs and level of the class.
3. Teach chess concepts and strategies accurately and proficiently.
4. Foster a positive and nurturing environment for students to facilitate the learning of chess.
5. Communicate with students, teachers, and parents effectively regarding progress, goals, or assistance.

Good to have:

1. Any educational background.
2. Any background in chess, solid understanding of rules and theory of chess.
3. Experience in teaching or chess coaching will be a plus.
4. Any FIDE certifications or chess achievements are a plus.

$20.00 - $50.00 per hour
