CHEMISTRY TEACHER – SECONDARY

Everyone who remembers his own education remembers the teachers, not the concepts and homework. The teacher is the heart of the educational system. We are looking for highly passionate and self-motivated tutors to join us!

My Masterclass Education is a specialized tuition centre in Bishan, Singapore (Upper Thomson). We have an extensive track record of helping students excel at IP, O & A levels, working very closely with the three stakeholders in this tight-knit relationship - student, parent & tutor.

Responsibilities

1. Familiar with O level & IP 1-4 Chemistry syllabus
2. Conducting classes for Secondary and IP Chemistry students
3. Familiarising with the centre’s material and conducting classes according to the centre’s pedagogy
4. Develop explanatory videos with potential questions and the centre’s way of explaining concepts to tutees.
5. Marking of tutees' work to familiarise with students' level of learning and the school’s difficulty level
6. Evaluate students' performance and provide timely feedback to the parents
7. Structuring worksheets & tests for students when required

Requirements

1. Tutors must be able to teach S1-4 Chemistry
2. Working Hours: Wed - Fri 12-9pm, Sat-Sun 9:30-6:30pm
3. Passionate & committed tutors with students’ education as a priority
4. Chemistry degree graduates are welcome!
