Chemical Technician Pharma MNC (1 year contract, 12 hours shift) – Tuas #HLAT

Responsibilities:

1. Manages the power supply and control activities of equipment to ensure the plant operates efficiently.
2. Transports raw materials and process solvents received.
3. Loads production equipment and conducts activities aimed to put instruments, services and plant in the right conditions to perform in the planned condition required.
4. Communicates and collaborates with the Shift Manager and Production Support to execute operations, resolve any issues, and propose potential solutions.
5. Assures the regularity of the production operations (reactions, distillation, transfers, etc.) verifying on the control panels and control instruments (DCS, alarms, etc.) the process parameters.
6. Works with Warehouse to collect raw materials/process solvents from delivery areas to the shop floor, communicating also to the Shift Manager about critical situations (quantities verification, codes, batch number, etc.).
7. Transfers liquids from trucks to tank storage and vice versa.
8. Ensures work progress aligns with the schedule and ensures that Short Interval Control data is recorded, contributing to the DWOR Daily Weekly Operating Report.

Requirements:

1. Diploma in Chemical Process Technology / Chemical Engineering.
2. No experience is also welcome.
