• Basic Salary: $6,500 to $7,000 + AWS
• Working Hours: 5 Working days - 8.00am to 4:45pm

Your Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the overall budget expenditure and headcount in the departments.
• Responsible for the department’s workplace safety and health.
• Lead and manage ECR reduction and closure.
• Ensure the entire department follows the Company’s MS Control systems, policies, SOPs, and complies with all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure that production is operating smoothly and efficiently.
• Responsible for staff development and training to ensure optimal competency.

You will need:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent
• 8 years of relevant experience in the chemical manufacturing industry, with at least 5 years in a similar role
• Experience in managing or participating in ISO certification processes
• Strong working knowledge in chemical plant management
