About the Role:

As a Process Technician, you will be key to ensuring our plant runs safely and efficiently. Your responsibilities include following SOPs, maintaining and cleaning production equipment, handling raw materials and waste, and logging process data. This hands-on role offers on-the-job training and opportunities for professional growth in a dynamic environment.

  • Location: Jurong Island, Singapore (Company Transport Provided)
  • Shift: 12-hour Rotating (8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. – 8:00 a.m.)
  • Monthly Basic Salary: SGD 2,000 to SGD 2,400 per month
  • Earning Potential: Your total monthly compensation package, including allowances, typically ranges from SGD 2,800 to SGD 3,200 per month, depending on your relevant experience, shift schedule and overall performance.
  • Bonus Rewards: Receive a 13th-month bonus plus performance-based variable bonuses.

What You'll Be Doing:

Production Support:

  • Follow SOPs and safety rules (including 5S).
  • Keep the work area clean and assist with routine equipment maintenance.
  • Help with loading/unloading ISO tankers and raw materials.
  • Sort chemical waste, perform waste transfers, and support stock keeping.

Routine Tasks:

  • Weigh and charge materials.
  • Collect and log process data.
  • Conduct site walks to spot and report issues.
  • Assist the Team Leader with troubleshooting.

Special Tasks (as needed):

  • Participate in grade change cleaning.
  • Assist with confined space tank cleaning and reactor cleaning.
  • Help with gas sampling using gas chromatography and weekly pH meter calibration.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum qualification: “O” Level or equivalent; NITEC in Chemical Engineering is a plus.
  • Entry-level candidate is welcome; previous experience in chemical manufacturing is an advantage.

  • Basic computer skills (data entry and Microsoft Excel).
  • Good communication, a hands-on attitude, and the ability to multitask.
