Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee water/chemical treatment projects at client sites.
• Ensure optimal performance and resolve issues if any.
• Manage chemical inventory and replacement parts to ensure smooth operations and timely replenishment.
• Provide regular reports to clients, keeping them updated on progress and any necessary adjustments.
• Prepare and present monthly reviews to discuss progress & performance and suggest improvements.
• Conduct on-site analytical tests to identify and correct any deviations in the chemical treatment process.
• Collaborate with managers to develop proposals that improve efficiency and address client needs, participating in start-ups and evaluations of new applications.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and support.
• Coordinate and monitor subcontractor/supplier performance to meet client expectations.
• Resolve client issues related to chemical treatment programs by working with internal teams to find solutions.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering or relevant disciplines.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills are essential.
• Logical thinking and decision-making skills required.
• The role involves commuting to client sites at Tuas/Jurong Island; SG Class 3 driving license required (Company car is provided).
