Responsibilities

1. Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot manufacturing processes to ensure high yield and quality in semiconductor production.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements, ensuring continuous production efficiency and cost reduction.
3. Analyze process data to identify areas for improvement, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and take corrective actions as necessary.
4. Conduct root cause analysis of process-related issues and implement solutions to minimize defects and improve overall product quality.
5. Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines throughout the manufacturing process.
