Location: Tuas
Working Days: Monday - Friday
Working Hours: 8.00am - 5.00pm
Entitled to AWS + VB + Bonuses + Profit Sharing

Responsibilities

• Manage repacking, containment, ICW operations, and maintenance. Monitor TIW waste processes and backlog levels.
• Ensure staff are trained according to OJT programs, follow safe work procedures, and adhere to SOPs.
• Work with operations, sales, and customer service teams to deliver high-quality services smoothly.
• Monitor containment budgets and promote recycling to save costs.
• Conduct daily inspections of processes, machinery, equipment, and 5S/TPM activities.
• Lead safety toolbox meetings and inspect PPE adequacy.
• Review workflows for efficiency and apply improvement plans to maintain effective operations.
• Collaborate with lab chemists on new waste treatment methods and evaluate operation costs.
• Ensure EHS compliance and maintain ISO 45001 standards, including site housekeeping.
• Prepare daily/monthly reports on cost, productivity, and quality. Address non-conformance and follow up on corrective actions.
• Compile annual operation and maintenance budgets and ensure expenses stay within limits.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans with operations and engineering staff.
• Conduct regular safety training on waste handling, PPE, and risk assessment. Organize emergency response drills for spills and fires.

Requirements

• Experience in supervising operations and staff training.
• Knowledge of safety procedures, EHS compliance, and ISO 45001 standards.
• Skilled in cost management, reporting, and process improvement.
• Ability to coordinate with teams and handle emergency responses.
