Chemical/Electronics -Business Development Sales Manager

Job Description

1. Spearheading and opening new business routes
2. Marketing of chemicals/electronics products in Singapore and the regional market
3. Follow up with existing customers for Electronics and Chemical business
4. Provide market information on products, competitor information, and prepare timely reports
5. Assist in handling new business development
6. Building relationships with existing customers and suppliers
7. Develop and maintain good relationships with internal and external stakeholders
8. Proactively look for new prospective clients, identifying leads
9. Accountable for meeting individual KPIs and team goals
10. Assist in driving, developing new accounts, and monitoring market trends
11. Other tasks as assigned

Requirements:

1. Diploma/Degree (Fresh graduates may apply)
2. Experience in Chemicals/Electronics
3. Preferably with some knowledge in Silicones RTV or Fluoropolymers
4. Overview of product knowledge/technology
5. Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics
6. Ability to work independently and efficiently under pressure
7. Dynamic, creative, and enthusiastic
8. Able to travel, especially in South East Asia
