5 years of Cooking experience in Thai and/or Indonesian cuisine
Strong knowledge of traditional & modern cooking techniques
Leadership & communication skills
Able to handle bulk cooking for catering
Interview Process: After the interview, there will be a tasting session where candidates are required to cook classic Thai (such as Green Curry, Steamed Fish, Tom Yum, and others) or Indonesian dishes, to demonstrate their culinary skills.
