Job description

We are looking for a dedicated Chef de Partie to join our team.

In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining the quality and consistency of our dishes while working closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.

You will be in charge of:

  1. Preparing and executing dishes to the highest standards, following recipes and guidelines.
  2. Oversee a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring efficiency and consistency.
  3. Maintain hygiene and food safety standards.
  4. Train and mentor junior kitchen staff to uphold quality and efficiency.
  5. Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management.
  6. Ensure a clean and organized workstation at all times.

Requirements:

  1. Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in similar roles.
  2. Good knife skills - butchery experience is a plus, but not compulsory.
  3. Ability to work under stress in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  4. Passion for food and a commitment to delivering high-quality dishes.
  5. Good integrity and strong willingness to learn and grow with the team.
