Job description

Responsibilities

  • Food costing calculations.
  • Development of dishes, food products, and product packaging.
  • Procurement and verification of new ingredients.
  • Food preparation and general maintenance of the R&D kitchen.
  • Assist in menu development.
  • Assist in managing timelines of projects.
  • Assist in training sessions with the kitchen team.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of kitchen experience.
  • Flexibility in working hours when needed.
  • A curious mind.
  • Believes in getting the job done well, NOT just getting the job done.
  • Strong initiative to get things done; someone who takes ownership.
  • Willing to conduct innovative experiments, dream big, and execute effectively.
