Job Description

  • Develop and execute sales strategies through indirect channels.
  • Build and manage relationships with third-party partners (distributors, resellers, retailers).
  • Achieve sales targets by recruiting channel partners, training them on products/services, providing ongoing support and motivating them to drive sales.
  • Act as a liaison between the company and channel partners.
  • Drive revenue growth through indirect sales.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering (any discipline).
  • Minimum 3 years in managing indirect channels in Southeast Asia or a sales role with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting sales targets.
  • Ability to develop new business through indirect channels.
  • Experience in the test and measurement industry, particularly in optical telecommunication.
