Job Description
- Develop and execute sales strategies through indirect channels
- Build and manage relationships with third-party partners (distributors, resellers, retailers)
- Achieve sales targets by recruiting channel partners, training them on products/services, providing ongoing support and motivating them to drive sales
- Act as a liaison between the company and channel partners
- Drive revenue growth through indirect sales
Job Requirements
- Degree in Engineering (any discipline)
- Minimum 3 years in managing indirect channels in Southeast Asia or a sales role with strong interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of consistently meeting sales targets
- Ability to develop new business through indirect channels
- Experience in the test and measurement industry, particularly in optical telecommunication
