Channel Account Executive / Manager (Sales)

The Role

We are seeking a talented and driven Channel Account Executive / Manager to join the Sales team at VSTECS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. in the Kallang Central Region. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing and growing our key channel accounts, leveraging your expertise in the Retail & Consumer Products industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with our key channel partners
• Driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets for assigned accounts
• Negotiating and securing favourable commercial terms with channel partners
• Providing strategic recommendations to enhance the performance of our channel partners
• Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
• Identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities within the channel
• Representing the company at industry events and conferences

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a channel sales or account management role within the Retail & Consumer Products industry
• Proven track record of successfully managing and growing key channel accounts
• Strong negotiation and commercial acumen, with the ability to secure favourable deals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels
• Proactive and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving
• Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
