As a Change Manager (ITSM), you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our client's IT organization, implementing change initiatives that enhance IT service quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies and plans to support IT service management transformation initiatives
  • Collaborate with IT stakeholders, including IT managers, team leaders, and technical experts, to understand IT service management needs and design change initiatives that meet those needs
  • Analyze IT service management processes and identify areas for improvement, developing strategies to enhance IT service quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
  • Design and deliver training programs to support IT service management change initiatives, ensuring that IT staff have the necessary skills and knowledge to adapt to changing IT service management requirements
  • Monitor and report on IT service management change initiative progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in IT service management change management, preferably in a financial services environment
  • Strong understanding of ITIL change management processes and best practices
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and project management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse IT stakeholders, including IT managers, team leaders, and technical experts
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data analysis and reporting
