Job Description

• Strategic direction for the financial planning, asset allocation and treasury management
• Work closely with the investment team to maximize returns
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
• Lead major projects such as acquisitions, divestments and capital raising
• Strong engagement with the board of directors and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with the law and company's policies.
• Potential secondment within other subsidiaries

The Successful Applicant

A successful CFO should have:

• A degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Proven experience in a finance and leadership role
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
