CFO - Chief Financial Officer | Construction Field

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership, direction and management to the finance and accounting team.
• Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and members of the executive management team.
• Support the Group's strategic planning and budgeting exercises.
• Champion the development of policies and procedures within accepted accounting principles and corporate guidelines to ensure effective internal controls are complied with.
• Oversee and ensure compliance with statutory and tax requirements of all legal entities.
• Oversee all financial control activities, including the review and analysis of monthly and quarterly numbers and disclosures.
• Work with project teams on finance-related areas including financial due diligence, tax structuring, funding and assessment.
• Responsible for liaising with auditors, tax agents and other regulatory bodies and providing necessary information as required.
• Manage forecasting, reporting, budgets and consolidation to the Board and Investors.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience in SGX Listed company.
• Currently in position or previously in position of CFO title.
