Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement the company's long-term strategic goals and growth plans to strengthen its competitiveness and influence in the global digital copyright market.
2. Lead the expansion into international markets, establishing and maintaining partnerships with copyright owners, platforms, and distributors across movies, TV series, animation, children’s content, and other digital media.
3. Build and manage the core team, foster a positive and efficient corporate culture, and ensure team collaboration to achieve the company’s objectives effectively.
4. Monitor the company’s financial performance, prepare budgets, and allocate resources efficiently to ensure financial stability and sustainable growth during operations and expansion.
5. Stay updated on trends in the digital copyright and new media industries, drive technological innovation, optimize content distribution and operations, and ensure the company remains a leader in the field.

Qualifications:

1. Have 10 years of experience in business development or relationship management in the finance field, with a focus on managing high-value clients.
2. Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with internal teams.
3. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with high-profile clients.
4. Capability to develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
