We leverage blockchain technology, AI-driven compliance, and alternative financial data to revolutionize global remittances while ensuring financial inclusion for underserved communities.

We are seeking a visionary and results-driven CEO to lead InRemit through its next phase of growth, expand market presence, and drive strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a scalable business strategy aligned with InRemit’s vision.

Expand operations across key remittance corridors (Bangladesh, Malaysia, China, Indonesia, etc.).

Drive user acquisition and partner onboarding to scale the platform.

Foster a culture of innovation, agility, and customer-centricity within the organization.

Oversee the development and enhancement of InRemit’s technology, ensuring seamless and secure transactions.

Ensure regulatory compliance with international money transfer laws.

Forge alliances with banks, mobile financial services (MFS), money transfer operators (MTOs), and fintech partners.

Engage with government agencies and regulators to ensure a compliant and scalable operation.

Build strong relationships with migrant communities and businesses to drive adoption.

Develop a sustainable revenue model and oversee P&L management.

Optimize operations to reduce remittance costs and enhance transaction speed.

Drive execution across teams, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

Qualifications

️ 10+ years of leadership experience, preferably in fintech, remittances, cross-border payments, or banking.

️ Strong network in the remittance, fintech, or financial services ecosystem.

️ Deep understanding of cross-border payments, compliance, blockchain, and digital financial services.

️ Experience working with MFS providers, banks, or money transfer operators.

️ Exceptional ability to strategize, execute, and drive results in emerging markets.

️ Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
