Our client, one of Singapore’s private organisations in early childhood care and education, is currently seeking an enthusiastic candidate to join them as a Principal.

Job Responsibilities:

• Facilitate day-to-day centre operations, including childcare and infant care services.
• Mentor and appraise teachers in their performance effectively.
• Establish rapport with parents and the community.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE).
• 4-5 years of relevant supervisory experience in a preschool setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership qualities with a passion for equipping and inspiring young lives.
