Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with licensing requirements and health and safety regulations at all times.
• Provide leadership to staff to ensure seamless daily operations.
• Communicate regularly with parents, students, and community members.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Early Childhood and Education or equivalent
• At least 3 years of leadership experience in childcare/preschool setting.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with students, parents, teachers, and community members.

Salary: $4,000 to $6,000
