Centre Operation Manager Up to $4,200 | 5 Days | Central

Job Description:

1. Deliver and ensure professionalism and smooth customer service experience is delivered at all times to all stakeholders.
2. Accountable for all correspondence matters (class scheduling, updates, announcements etc) with parents and students via various communication platforms.
3. Manage escalated customer inquiries or complaints, resolving issues promptly and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
4. Provide administrative support to coaches, for example managing the assessment exercise of students with the tabulation, presentation, and deliverance of the assessment reports to all stakeholders.
5. Maintain close communication with the coaching team to ensure accurate and updated information is communicated and vice versa.
6. Upkeep of students database records and manage class schedule in the CRM systems. Manage inventory levels for merchandise.
7. Responsible for the issuance of all term invoices and merchandise sales.
8. Liaise with building management on any maintenance issues and facilities requests.
9. Ensure that the overall presentation of Academy venue is in proper, clean, and safe condition.
10. Support management to ensure smooth operations process and flow for all events (trainings, competitions, etc).
11. Handle all matters and correspondence with Singapore Gymnastic Association.
12. Provide inter-department assistance such as sales, marketing & finance to ensure alignment in customer service initiatives and address customer needs effectively.
13. Comply with child safe sport commitment established by the company.
14. Execute ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

1. Min 1-2 years Facilitates Operation or Centre Manager working experience.
