Centre Manager (IFS)

Job Description:

• Plan and manage inspection program
• Oversee the management of Term Contractors i.e. Conservancy contractors, Security guards and Car Park Operators
• Preparation of ad-hoc reports required by the Agency
• Oversee the Process of Addition & Alteration works applications
• Maintain contactable after office hours
• Oversee and manage all the maintenance and ensure rectification of defects
• Oversee the management and ensure turfing & horticultural works and Pest Control inspection
• Issue works orders when necessary
• Attend to complaints by tenants and liaise with term contractors for repair works
• Oversee the management to Conduct regular inspections of the Property to ensure compliance with the terms of the tenancy/license and to enforce against breaches.
• Oversee the management of daily inspections of the Property to ensure that there are no illegal activities, including but not limited to illegal hawking, illegal occupation of premises, and gambling.
• Oversee the management of inspections to ensure no illegal occupation or misuse of vacant units.
• Oversee the management Conduct regular inspections of the Property on the cleanliness and ensure upkeep of general housekeeping of the site.
• Prepare specifications for quotations.
• Update promptly and ensure proper closure of cases on CMMS
• Monitor Key Performance Indicator
• Ensure compliance to all Service Level Agreement
• Oversee on the tenancy management for the property
• Any other duties assign by the Agency

Job Requirements:

• Estate/Facilities Management or other relevant fields from a recognized tertiary establishment with minimum 8 years relevant working experience in providing facilities management services.
• Good knowledge in Building Maintenance, Property Management and Mechanical/Electrical system.
