Front Desk Management
Serve as the first point of contact for students, parents, and visitors.
Greet clients warmly and provide a welcoming atmosphere at the school.
Manage phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries promptly and professionally.
Operational Coordination
Oversee scheduling of classes, studio bookings, and teacher availability.
Ensure the studio is well-maintained, organized, and equipped for lessons and events.
Monitor inventory of supplies and teaching materials, placing orders when necessary.
Coordinate examinations and other student-related assessments.
Customer Relations
Handle customer inquiries regarding lesson schedules, fees, and programs.
Resolve complaints or concerns in a courteous and efficient manner.
Assist with enrollments, payments, and tracking of student progress.
Administrative Support
Maintain accurate records of students, classes, and payments.
Prepare reports for management on student attendance and operational issues.
Coordinate with external vendors or service providers as needed.
Event Support
Assist in the planning and execution of recitals, workshops, and open houses.
Manage event logistics, including scheduling, setup, and customer communication.
Requirements:
A bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant field, such as business administration, arts management, operations management, or music.
3–5 years of experience in operations, studio coordination, or a similar administrative role, ideally in music schools, performing arts organizations, educational institutions, retail, or service-oriented businesses with customer-facing roles.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and familiarity with scheduling or management software.
Ability to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends.
A passion for music or the arts is a plus.
Prior experience in managing teams, overseeing operations, or leading projects is highly preferred.
Basic knowledge of event coordination and logistics is often a plus.
