Job Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related disciplines.
2. At least 1 year of experience in banking/financial industries.
3. Analytical mindset with a passion for problem-solving.
4. Understanding of transaction lifecycle and execution orientation.
5. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
6. Ability to work independently and remain focused under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

1. Understanding of IRS markets and fixed income fundamentals.
2. Prior exposure to trading preferred.
3. Ability to discuss direct costs of transactions.
